COMING SOON

This pantry is empty at the moment, but soon it will be filled. In it you will find the things you will want to keep on hand, such as flour, rice, pastas, beans, etc. Also in this space you will find instructions for basic skills such as knowing when to saute v. when to braise {and what braising is!} Basic recipes and definitions, the kind you may need just for a reminder [the kind our grandmothers may have taped inside the cupboard doors when they were new in the kitchen] such as a gravy base, ratios of water to rice, soda to flour, etc, will be here also
